Technical Communications Expert (Java, .net, RUP Knowledge)

We are currently seeking a 5 month contract Technical Communications Expert (Java, .net, RUP Knowledge) for our Fortune 500 financial client located in the Norcross, GA market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating different print-based technical documents explaining the work their clients must do to integrate with an existing system. This job will focus especially on batch and online interfaces related to my clients mobile product offering. Tasks include but are not limited to ·  Assessing the scope of a project and performing all project planning and project management duties related to the Technical Communications deliverables.·  Designing the information deliverables for mobile services.·  Constructing the information deliverables for mobile services. Requirements for Consideration·  Ability to discover and articulate the meaning in data and to interpret it into a form that others can use easily.·  Ability to analyze the audience's information needs and provide the right level of information.·  Strong skills in writing, designing information, and managing documentation projects.·  Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.·  Ability to work independently.·  Understanding of Java and .NET are preferred but not required·  Familiarity with the Rational Unified Process is preferred but not required·  Familiarity with the electronic commerce field a plus but not requiered Please send a copy of your resume to EricSpence@spherion.com or apply directly through Monster.
