Technical Analyst
Payroll Solutions, one of the largest and fastest-growing regional payroll providers in the country, has openings in our Corporate Headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA.
Position(s) Available: Technical Analyst
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
Ø Client internet synchronization troubleshooting
Ø Microsoft SQL Server Data Imports and Exports
Ø Payroll application support including custom security setup and basic VB scripting
Ø Daily client technical support via telephone
Ø Development of custom Crystal Reports
Ideal Candidates will possess the following:
Ø Knowledge of Crystal Reports 9.0 or higher
Ø Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
Ø Knowledge of Transact-SQL
Ø Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems
Ø Knowledge of networking infrastructure
Ø Knowledge of Visual Basic Scripting a plus
Ø Excellent communication skills
Ø Ability to manage multiple tasks
Ø Ability to work in a strong team-oriented environment
Ø Knowledge of payroll and payroll software a plus
