SUMMARY: Researches, analyzes, designs, develops, writes, edits, and publishes documentation for technical applications and products. REQUIRED SKILLS: BS Degree or equivalent with 7+ years related Technical Writing experience. Prior experience writing for a software programming audience required. Technical aptitude, some programming knowledge, basic understanding of performance tools required. Preference given to writers with programming experience or experience documenting development tools for a highly-technical audience Experience using Html help authoring tools and developing multiple formats for Linux, Mac, and Windows essential. Authoring tools include Windows HTML Help, RoboHTML, Flare, WebWorks Publisher, Framemaker, and Acrobat. Prior experience using Captivate or similar tools a plus.
