Looking for “people who are excellent technicians, able to travel 20% of the time and most importantly are excellent with regard to customer facing skills”. These Technical Account Managers will be responsible for the health of 5 to 6 accounts that may be any place in the United States.
This group is ultimately responsible for all on-going issues related to the top 25% revenue producing accounts for all of Backup Solutions.
It is a high profile job, preference is for an advanced degree, but a candidate with an undergraduate degree from a good school should be fine. A stipend would be given for relo.
Experience with Storage, networking and problem solving skills. Hardware/Operating Systems are Windows or Unix.
