We are currently looking for a Systems Engineer III Consultant specializing in Citrix and Virtualization to join our consulting team.  This position reports into the corporate office in Redmond, WA servicing enterprise level clients in the Greater Seattle Area.  This is a great opportunity to join a team of very talented infrastructure technology consultants.  Our Full Time Consultants enjoy a competitive compensation, paid time off, and benefits package. 


Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert on Citrix products and technologies including Presentation Server, Netscaler, EdgeSight and XenServer.
• Install, configure, patch, upgrade, maintain and managing Citrix servers
• Plan and coordinate the support and implementation of the Citrix products
• Solve issues related to the deployment Citrix software
• Be accountable for decisions relating to analysis and identification and resolution of issues
• Keep current on relevant technologies for MS and Citrix products/technologies
• Serve as a coach and mentor to team members, as appropriate
• Install, Configure, update and maintain MS Windows servers in a large complex environment.
• Function as a Subject Matter Expert for Windows Operating Systems in a server-based environment.
• Perform tier III support in problem management, isolations, and resolution.
• Plan, Design and implement Windows/Exchange 2003 Cluster.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN problems, implement corrective actions and recommend operational improvements.
• Experience with Enterprise Class Storage Devices (EMC Clariion/Centerra, SAN, NAS).
• Experience with Virtualization using VMWARE GSX/ESX including HA and Disaster Recovery scenarios.
• Understanding of ITIL Foundations including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Ensures systems and applications are compliant with applicable standards specified in task orders.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or five years (5) of related experience (or equivalent combined experience and training).
• Must be skilled in large enterprise environments
• Thoroughly understanding of the entire application delivery process from end user to back end resources.
• At least 3 years of experience with Citrix and/or Microsoft products and technologies (preferably in an Enterprise environment), network administration, design, or troubleshooting.
• CCA Certification is required along with at least one or more relevant technical certifications such as MCSE, CCEA, CCIA, or Cisco.
• Must have multiple forest experience
• Must possess certifications and design / manage Active Directory for Windows 2000 and  2003.
• Must have experience with multiple exchange installations, migrations, or upgrades.
• 5-7 years of server architecture and implementation experience in a structured production technical support environment where system standards are in place and adhered to.
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
