 Systems Administrator Consultant, Campus Technology/Collaboration Services  Our vision is for Experian's people, data and technology to become a necessary part of every major consumer economy around the world.  Help us realize our vision as Systems Administrator Consultant at our Allen, TX location.   As a Systems Administrator Consultant, you will work as part of team to provide senior level support for a global enterprise Microsoft Exchange environment.  This will include: daily administrative and operational support; providing Windows server administration; software maintenance support; adhering to established processes and procedures for change management, problem resolution, information security, etc.; assisting in maintaining, revising and documenting processes and procedures, as needed. You must be able to troubleshoot advanced problems and work tactical issues demanding quick results. Like your fellow team members, you will have periodic on-call support duties. You will also provide mentoring and backup to other team members.  In addition, you will participate in the integration of several multinational business units to our common email environment. This position requires thorough knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft collaboration applications running on Intel-based server hardware, Windows 2000 Server OS and Windows Server 2003 OS.   Degree in computer-related field or equivalent experience. MCSE preferred. 4+ years supporting a large Microsoft Exchange environment. Advanced knowledge of Active Directory. Advanced knowledge of email related technologies, including S/MIME, antivirus, spam filtering and mail routing. Pluses include experience in any, or all, of the following: Symantec Enterprise Vault, enterprise Instant Messaging, SharePoint services (WSS and/or MOSS). Good knowledge of platform specific tools and utilities, including scripting. Able to work multiple projects of medium-to-complex scope and deliver results without direct supervision. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent oral and written skills.
