Staff Information Systems Analyst

- Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead on assigned areas of responsibility. - Setup, configure and support Oracle Comp Workbench and Total Comp Statements. - Administer Comp/Perf Mgmt Workflows, table structures, eligibility rules, plans and templates. - Drive the move from Success Factor¿s PDP Tool to Oracle¿s Talent Management. - Contribute to how HR shapes and manages people data as a corporate asset. - Work with Data Entry Coordinators to maintain data integrity. - Provide root cause analysis and resolution in problem solving. - Participate in all HR systems upgrades. - Develop and maintain all test scripts. - Ensure HRIS policies and procedures are in place and SOX compliant. - Maintain all supported application manuals. - Deliver User training as needed. - Enter and monitor Quest cases (internal issue tracking system). - Log and monitor Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support. - Work with IT on analyzing and/or implementing new Oracle patches and rollups. - Liaison to Finance, OM, Shipping, AR, Procurement, AP, Stock, Payroll, WIP, Inventory, any other integration points to Oracle HRMS. - Provide management with on going recommendations to advancements in HR technology and applications.   Job Requirements - B.S. or equivalent degree is desired. - A minimum of 3 - 5 years of Oracle HRMS experience. - Familiar with compensation plan design and equity programs. - Solid functional experience with CWB, Oracle Total Comp Statements, Oracle Performance Management, Workflow, Personalizations and overall Oracle HRMS functionality. - Very familiar with SuccessFactor¿s PDP Tool or other similar performance management system. - At least 3 full-life-cycle 11i implementation release 11.5.10 experience. - Excellent customer service skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - High integrity and good judgment in handling confidential employee information. - Proficient in analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Very familiar with MS Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook.   About UsProgrammable Logic is Our Business Xilinx leads the Programmable Logic Device (PLD) market - one of the fastest growing segments of the semiconductor industry.
