Sr. Technology Products Analyst

Location: Jacksonville, FL 32256 Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Reference Code: 1001133322 Job Description: Responsible for leading a small team of associates in overseeing daily operations of numerous production systems. Responsible for analyzing issues reported by 1st level support and coordinating with business analysts, developers and / or associates from other disciplines to reach full resolution of issues. Responsible for monitoring all production systems. Responsible for writing shell scripts to automate daily tasks to reduce overhead cost. Responsible for writing SQL statements to both query and update database as needed. This position will require candidate to be available for 24/7 on-call support once every few weeks. Minimum Requirements: The candidate must be detail-oriented and a fast learner with excellent drive and motivation. Must possess working knowledge of UNIX operating system. Exposure to one or more databases with excellent knowledge of SQL. 5+ years of scripting experience (Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus). Has prior experience with leading a team. Education:Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience. Experience: Working experience with UNIX operating system, SQL queries and scripting languages.  Experience in leading a team. Desired Qualifications:  Knowledge of UNIX, shell scripts  Knowledge of JavaScript or other scripting languages  Knowledge of Oracle database, PL/SQL  Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suites  Excellent communication skill is a must  The candidate must be highly motivated and a fast learner  Contact: PLEASE E-MAIL RESUMES TO: Apply by Email
