Sr. Sales Operations Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop new accounts by initiating and nurturing profitable relationships with key IT partners. Maintain and grow existing Gold, Silver and Approved Channel within assigned territory. Meeting quarterly territory revenue requirements. Manage and assign Opportunities sent to Gold, Silver and Approved partners. Responsible for closing deals (number or percentage) of logged opportunities per quarter. Building and maintaining sales pipeline and forecast for opportunities greater than $10k. Providing continuous Training and support for all Channel Partners within the assigned territory. Presentations should consist of Promotions, Products, Partner Portal. Required to schedule 2-3 WebEx training sessions per quarter. Working closely in conjunction with Director of Sales to ensure all new partner accounts are being maintained and fully optimized. Working closely in conjunction with Sales Representative to grow and promote potential new Silver and Gold Partners. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Salesforce.com database.



REQUIREMENTSCandidate should possess outstanding communication, presentation, and people skills, with mastery of sales and business developmentStrong understanding of the software / hardware distribution channelAbility to work well in a team, and coordinate with the managementProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills. Strong understanding of IT environments and data backup and recovery market preferredProficiency with desktop computers; MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, CRM experience preferred.25% - 50% travel within assigned territory



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Minimum of 2-4 years Channel sales or comparable experience
