Job Description:



The job responsibilities for this position include covering various areas of Sonics products as well as multiple skills within these products.

 

General Responsibility:ASIC design for configurable interconnect product.Micro-architecture definition, working closely with System Architects, Field Application Engineers, and customers.RTL design, verification, and synthesis.Project management skills, mapping out activities, estimating implementation time, and identifying risk areas with the corresponding mitigation activity is desirable.Other duties as assigned.

 

Specifically your job will entail covering:Development of  the Sonics interconnects.Development of protocol translation bridges.

 

Qualifications:Extremely familiar with Verilog RTL coding techniques.Proficient with Perl or Python.Good communication skills.Ability to work independently.Ability to work well within a team of diverse skill sets.Able to schedule medium sized projects, allocating time and resources to meet reasonable scheduling requirements.Ability to abstract design functionality in order to develop configurable products.

 

Education/ Experience:Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-year college.Minimum of 6 years of industry experience for Sr. Logic Design positionMinimum of 2 - 3 years of industry experience for Logic Design position.
