Our client is looking for the following experince in a Java Developer role...

Excellent Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, WebLogic and RDBMS development skills.2) Experience in system development and maintenance using J2EE technologies.3) Strong experience with MVC Frameworks (Struts), EJB, Spring and Hibernate, Oracle RDBMS, Business Rule engine, WebLogic, Linux and Apache.4) In depth knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures.5) Excellent analytical skills; proactive and eager problem solver. Excellent change management skills.6) Strong oral and written communications with both technical and non-technical audiences. Previous experience with technical design documentation, ability to present to upper management.7) Must collaborate with other internal technology teams to coordinate and deliver software systems.8) Takes personal initiative; conscientiousness and complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.9) Able to work well within a small, focused, talented team
