Responsibilities include design, implementation and support of large-scale Cisco voice networks. Qualified applicants should possess experience in Call Manager 4.x and 5.x, IPCC Express or Enterprise, Unity and Unified Messaging, MeetingPlace and MeetingPlace Express, and Legacy PBX Integration. Cisco CCVP is required though CCIE-Voice is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication customer service skills required.
