Sr. Circuit Manager

Responsibilities:

§ Lead a team of 20+ circuit engineers to provide circuit solution for platform application.

§ Develop or lead the development for the IP circuit blocks used in our North / South bridge, multimedia or mix signal related products line

- PLL

- DLL

- High Speed IO, including GTL, DDR

- High Speed SRAM

- RTC (power detection, switch…)

- High Speed ADC/DAC

- Fuse, CAM, Temp Sensor

§ Maintain serdes IP, e.g. PCIE, SATA, USB…

§ Provide guideline and document to layout team for above mentioned design blocks

§ Provide technical training / guidance to junior engineers

§ Characterize and document the silicon performance in system/production tests

§ Plan and define the future direction of special circuits’ requirement to match with product road map.

§ Plan the IP blocks deliverables and receivables and thus to meet design / program cycles validation requirements.

 

Requirements:

§ MS or above in Electrical Engineering or related fields

§ Excellent communications and team building skills

§ 10+ years of hands on experience in analog / high speed IC circuits design (80nm or below CMOS standard process is preferred) and familiar with analog layout requirements

§ Familiar with Cadence design and layout environment and simulation tools is preferred

§ Experience with a full custom CMOS IC design project through the entire design cycle from concept to production release.

§ Knowledge of high-speed IC design, analog
