Responsibilities:Support of the SAP HR module that is already in place at NVIDIA. Support systems interfaces from Ultipro (HR/Payroll) system with SAP HR and non-HR systems Key contact with the business users to develop (additional) HR functionality Lead projects to implement new and enhance existing functionalities including articulating requirements and translating them into effective solutions Mentor users and teammates on HR functionality including Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Employee Self Service, and Manager Self Service. Participate in system design, analyses and testing Minimum Requirements:BA/BS degree General HR systems development/support/implementation experience Practical functional area knowledge and experience in addition to HR business content knowledge Strong understanding of the HR integration points to Finance and Payroll Proven project management experience and skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment Action oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills End user training experience Preferred Qualifications:MBA/MS degree SAP R/3 experience (HR module and HR ABAP) Ultipro configuration and technical skills EOE
