Inside Sales Executive
Young, Profitable, Fast Growth, B2B Software Company is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to help the organization increase revenue and close deals over the phone.
The position is designed as a fast track to a lucrative career in software sales with promotion opportunities to Regional Sales Manager available within 12 months.
Marketing programs currently generate 2,000+ leads per month and an Inside Sales Executive is needed to qualify these leads using a consultative (questions based) sales approach.
The Inside Sales Executive will need outbound prospecting skills to achieve or exceed agreed upon sales targets. Ideal candidate must be capable of spending majority of time hunting for leads using the telephone.
Required Job Skills Minimum 1 year of sales experience a plus, but will hire a candidate if they can show that they have the right character traits to excel in this type of environment. Ability to understand and learn technical concepts quickly. Posses a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a high pressure and demanding environment. Must have a college degree to be considered.
