Software Product Specialist/Business Analyst
Exceptional Innovation is looking for a product specialist/business analyst to assist in the development and demonstration of its software solutions used in Home/Commercial Automation & Control. This is an excellent position for an individual with good software configuration and demonstration skills. People coming from a wide variety of software applications can excel at this position. If you've demonstrated, configured, done QA, and specification work, we want to meet you!
The role of the product specialist/business analyst at EI is not the typical software business analyst. Our analysts work in a fast paced, hands on, get it done environment. Rather than spending a significant portion of our time writing documents our analysts are more involved in learning how things work and how they could possibly be implemented to help exceed our customers expectations. Our analysts live on the bleeding edge of technology and are key liaisons across all areas of the business.
Typical responsibly include
- quality assurance
- enhancement management
- software configuration
- software installation
- hardware installation
- requirements analysis
- developing implementation solutions
- research
- software demonstrations
- executive presentations
- training
- vendor management
- project management
The position is based in Westerville, OH. Applicants must be easily available to interview and reside in our community at their own expense. Permanent US work rights are required.
Exceptional Innovation is an EOE. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
