Shipping Coordinator

Do you love computers and technology? Our client, a locally owned company in South Burlington,  is the market leader for small and fanless computer systems. They offer one of the widest selections of mini-ITX and small form factor related products in North America. They target the embedded applications market, providing customers with broad product choice, competitive pricing, quick shipping, and excellent service.  Westaff is accepting resumes on their behalf for a permanent Shipping Clerk position. Salary Range: $31,200-$35,360 Hours: 8:30am-5pm M-F (one day per week 9:30am-6pm) Job RequirementsPicks and packs domestic and international customer orders with extreme accuracy and attention to detail. Receives/accepts deliveries; inspects the condition of items; compares purchase orders to packing lists and to items received; and notes and reports on discrepancies. Updates stock levels in inventory and communicates updates to appropriate internal departments (purchasing/accounting/assembly/order fulfillment) in a timely manner. Maintains shipping and packing materials and anticipates and reports on needed supplies. A minimum of two years experience shipping packages via UPS, FedEx, DHL and LTL, including knowledge of international shipment procedures. Computer experience a plus (proficiency in World Ship and Microsoft Office suite a plus). Familiar with computer hardware components a plus, but not required. Must be able to lift at least 50 lb. Has a well-rounded personality with the ability to contribute to a team environment. RequirementsAssociates Degree and the ability to learn the product line quickly.
