Job Requirements:
• Assisting in the preparation of the consolidated federal and state income tax returns, including gathering relevant information and preparing detail supporting work papers.

• Preparation of extensions and estimated income tax payments.

• Assisting with the quarterly and annual income tax provisions.

• Assisting with audit defense.

• Maintaining tax account reconciliations.

• Assisting with SOX 404 compliance requirements.

Education and Work Experience:
• • A minimum of 4 years experience with a Big Four and/or corporate tax department.
• The skills associated with a BS/BA in Accounting or Finance. CPA is highly desirable, but not required.
• A good understanding of FAS109, FAS 123R and accounting principles is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
