Help Performance Technology Group, Inc. be a leader in the Technology industry by acting as the Senior Systems Engineer (Windows) who is responsible for the overall design, implementation, operation, and support of the enterprise-wide network operating system (nos) and related hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. You will serve as both an internal and external consultant, leading the engineering, design, and implementation of IT solutions for government and commercial customers.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training, with at least 15 years experience in network operating system and server hardware administration.

A current Microsoft MCSE certification is required.

Preferred

Experience motivating team members to work together to achieve goals.

Experience developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.

Track record of maintaining quality standards for the team and implementing quality processes.

Familiar with network maintenance including security services, load monitoring, system resiliency, back-up, and restore.

Familiar with fundamental performance tuning and capacity management concepts.

Experience with security, firewalls, and standard security monitoring tools.

Software maintenance experience, including handling code management and documentation issues.

Experience gathering software requirements by interviewing users and analyzing competitive products.
