GradeCam Corporation is looking for a creative, independent, and motivated software engineer in search of opportunity.  Our revolutionary desktop application has a user base that is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for the right person to lead its future development.  There are clear directions it needs to grow and obvious features that need added, but this is a position that leaves a lot of room for innovation and creativity.   Although we are currently small, we are growing fast and it is very likely that more software engineers will be hired after you.  Therefore, you must be comfortable working with and directing other software engineers.  Since we consider attitude and aptitude most important of all, please apply even if you lack one or two of the specific skills listed below.  This is a tremendous opportunity for a highly skilled self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.Essential: BS in technical field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5 years commercial software development experience in C/C++ Strong UI design and development skills Experience learning to use obscure APIsHighly Desirable: Experience coding with Qt4 Experience with Mac OS X and Windows XP/Vista Management of other software developers Experience writing networked applications Experience with XML Experience with developing both consumer and enterprise applicationsBonuses: Machine Learning Image Recognition
