This position can be based in any of these locations. Sales Account Representative-Healthcare (Senior)' Responsible for driving Healthcare Solutions within America's from a sales perspective. Fully accountable for assigned Healthcare sales quotas or assigned MBO's within the defined Region. This is a direct position as an Americas Vertical Sales Force.Job Functions:' Primary responsibility is to retire the assigned Healthcare quota, or MBO's within the defined area by offering our hardware, software, and services in the form of solutions ' Understanding the application areas (radiology, cardiology, pharmacy, ER/OR, Pathology, IT, and hospital administration). ' Provide product leadership and assistance to the channel sales teams ' Work closely with GSS to drive their initiatives in Americas ' Supply Healthcare forecast and pipeline reports as required by management ' Provide direction and interface with Channel Managers, to drive the forecast and opportunity pipelines within the Region ' Provide and deliver Healthcare value-proposition presentations, both internally and externally, as required in the Region to drive sales ' Serve as 'sounding boards' for the customer. Identify and report industry trends, and changes ' Serve as executive business consultants to the healthcare provider field as ambassadors of HDSPrimary Qualifications:' Requires 5-7 years of direct sales or leadership in the healthcare industry with emphasis on Radiology, Cardiology, Laboratory, ER/OR, and Hospital Administration ' Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field strongly preferred ' Strong sales skills, both internally and externally ' Clear understanding strategies to effectively drive Healthcare Sales ' Senior-level presenter ' Excellent ability to conceptualize and develop requirements and strategic initiatives designed to increase overall Healthcare sales for HDS ' Constant awareness of developing trends, opportunities/threats in the marketplace that can have a positive or negative impact on the company ' Open invitations to senior executives in the company to experience the 'true' activity in the field ' Serve as a sounding board for peers, industry analysts, senior executives, and new business development' Must be able to travel for business purposesOther: 1. Responsible for overall success of the Americas Geography, Healthcare 2. Influence strategic directions for Healthcare at the HDS Corporate level 3. Appropriate decisions, quick action, and unselfish behavior will have a tremendous, positive effect on the transformation of the company 4. Open communication with teammate's and peers a must
