Senior SAS Specialist

We are currently seeking a 6 month contract Senior SAS Specialist for our Fortune 500 Insurance client located in the Chattanooga, TN market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data to day data manipulation activities. Requirements for Consideration·  5+ years experience working with SAS v.9 (Proc SQL, Macros),·  Experience working with a large SAS data mart in a UNIX environment·  Experience with production problem resolution and data validation. ·  Ability to work independently to resolve issues. Preferred but not required·  Experience with loading of UNIX DB2 tables a plus. ·  UNIX Scripting a plus (Ksh, Perl, Sed, Awk). ·  TWS (Tivoli scheduler nice to have). To Apply for This position:Please send a copy of your resume to EricSpence@spherion.com or apply directly through Monster.
