POSITION SUMMARY:


 

We are currently seeking a Senior Oracle Database Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for administration of large-scale Oracle OLTP databases, data warehouse and data marts.

 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 10+ years experience in Oracle RDBMS administration.Bachelor Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information systems science, management information systems, mathematics or related field.Experience in database architecture, design and data modeling in OLTP and data warehouse environmentExperience in data extraction, transformation and loading, including parallel data loadingSQL and PL/SQL and Bourne shell script programmingTCL, Java, and JavaScript programming a plusProven experience in managing highly available, multiple production Oracle database instances.Experience in configuring and managing Oracle OEM Grid ControlExperience in Oracle Streams and/or Advanced Replication a plus.Experience in the administration of the Oracle Application Server and or similar solutions.Basic knowledge of Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms and Business Objects or other business intelligence solutions a plus.SVR5 UNIX (Sun Solaris preferred) administration a plus.Experience in health care information management and/or medical claims processing a plus.Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and content to both technical and business personnel. iHealth Technologies  offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage, 401(k) Plan, Profit sharing, vacation, paid holidays
