Senior Financial Analyst - Sales Operations

SOUTHBOROUGH, MA 01772Job Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst – Sales Operations will report to the Director of Sales Operations. This individual will be responsible for the calculation and payment of monthly Sales Commissions and year-end performance bonuses as well as providing various analyses and key metrics regarding sales performance. Responsibilities: Prepare, on a monthly basis, commission calculations for the worldwide Digital sales and client services organizations. Work with the FP&A team to determine annual sales team quotas. Prepare, on an annual basis, individual compensation sheets and regional and management roll-ups. Coordinate commission exception process within Finance and the Sales organization. Provide various analyses and key metrics to track sales performance. Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in a fast paced, multi-national environment (preferably within high tech). Experience with sales compensation models a plus. Track record of implementing process improvements. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are a must. Must have strong Excel skills necessary – Access skills are a plus.   Education: BS/BA in Finance/Economics/Mgmt or Computer Science. MBA a plus.
