You and your manager will create your Individual Development Plan and review your progress together monthly, making adjustments as needed. Upon successful completion of the Sales Executive Development Plan, typically 12 to 24 months, candidates are eligible for a variety of advanced sales or specialist positions.How You Advance At Pitney Bowes you will be encouraged to keep your next goal in sight as you master your current responsibilities.
