Job Description –

 

File Transfers: Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, etc.Strong working knowledge of File Transfer protocols – Connect Direct, FTP, SSH etc. – Very ImportantWorking knowledge of UNIX, Windows Operating Systems and other tools used in support of the distributed production process.Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.         Strong communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written. Ability to organize and write documentation. Willingness/ability to provide off-hour support 24/7 as needed to achieve customer SLA.


Scheduling: Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, etc.Strong working knowledge of Scheduling Software products – preferably Tivoli Workload Scheduler. – Very important.Working knowledge of UNIX, Windows Operating Systems and other tools used in support of the distributed production process. (Distributed only).Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.         Strong communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written. Ability to organize and write documentation

· Willingness/ability to provide off-hour support 24/7 as needed to achieve customer SLA
