Enjoy the benefits of working with top of the line IT products such as Sun, Oracle, Veritas, Cisco, and Hitachi. You'll provide pre-sales support to our highly skilled sales professionals and post-sales support to our customers.

You will need a college degree and demonstrated experience in post-sales technical consulting (4+ yrs) with some exposure (2+ yrs) to pre-sales technical support.

You must have excellent knowledge of the IT industry, including such products as Sun, IBM, Hitachi and StorageTek, as well as fluency in such topics as SAN, virtualization, Solaris, and Linux. Knowledge
of Identity Management a plus. A customer network in the state of Ohio is a plus.
