Sales Representative

Real Soft, Inc. is a U.S. based global provider of Information Technology solutions. Due to growth, we have a current opportunity for a  Sales Representative. Working out of our modern HQ offices in Cranbury, N.J., the SSR will work cooperatively with  Marketing and other departments to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.

 

Job Duties:

 

1.  Identify, locate, contact, qualify, propose and close new business.

2.  Determine customer requirements and expectations and recommend specific products and solutions.

3.  Educate customers on technology, applications, features and benefits of Real Soft products and respond to their requests in a timely manner.

4.  Work with other Real Soft departments with a “team-centricâ€� approach.

 

Job Requirements:

 

1.  College Degree or equivalent real-world experience

2.  Effective listening, communication and sales skills.

3.  Problem solving and analytical ability

4.  At least 2 years experience with IVR, CRM, Call Center or Information Technology focused clients in either a hardware or software application.
