We currently seek a detail oriented Sales Order Coordinator in our Accounting group to perform the following duties:

 Receive, enter, maintain and communicate customer orders accuratelyCommunicate with customers for additional order information as neededReport order status, research and answer customer questions and assist in the resolution of other issuesPrepare weekly customer order status reportsReconcile weekly reports and identify variances for periodic meetingsResearch and answer customer questions regarding Return Material Authorizations (RMA)Prepare other reports as directed

 

 

 

Requirements:

 A minimum of five years related experience, including data entry, written and verbal communications, and use of Excel spreadsheetsExperience in a sales related environment, involving customer interactionsAttention to detailAbility to identify and resolve issues that need special attentionSensitivity to customers’ special needsExperience with Microsoft Windows operating environment with Microsoft office software packageExcellent interpersonal and written communication skillsA self starter and customer focusedProfessionalism and maturityCan do attitude
