SYSTEM SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (AETC)

Provide on-site technical support, assistance, including training, and maintain hardware/software configuration for certified Mission Planning Environments at assigned sites for AETC by:• Supporting customers by performing updates, upgrades, maintenance, and disposition of mission planning hardware/software. • Analyzing software, hardware, and system malfunctions, and implement corrective actions. • Deliver technical briefings and training for users of mission planning systems, software, and data (including classified and unclassified source data) as required. • Train users on Briefing Room Interactive (BRI)• Train user on AETC Decision Support System (ADSS)• Support Patriot Excalibur (PEX). Requirements: 3 years experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline or Technical School Certificate related to computer systems or the equivalent military training.
