SR SoC/ASIC Designer

SemiconductorTALENT.com, a division of Intelligent Technology Solutions, is a North American leader in providing executive search services to the microelectronics and engineering sectorsWe are seeking a SR SoC/ASIC Designer, for our Portland, OR based clientRESPONSIBILITIES:- SoC architecture and modeling, design and implementation, including chip and block level verification, synthesis, static timing closure, DFT and physical layout support.QUALIFICATIONS:- BS or better in EE- 8+ years of SoC/ASIC design experience(having been exposed to/worked on all phases of ASIC design process)- Experience with Synopsys DC/PC Compiler, PrimeTime, Formality, Mentor Fastscan, NC Verilog, Cadence RTL Compiler, Cadence Conformal, Cadence Encounter Test and the Unix/Linux environment- Experience with SoC synthesis techniques, DFT and ATPG techniques, floorplanning, timing analysis, timing closure techniques in sub-micron designs- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently- Must possess excellent communications skills- Have worked on a product that has shipped in high volume.DESIRABLE:- Experience working on chips geared for video applications- Customer interaction and support experience - Experience designing at 90nm and lowerApply for this job nowSemiconductorTALENT.com confidentiality policy About SemiconductorTALENT.com SemiconductorTALENT.com, a division of Intelligent Technology Solutions, is a highly specialized and successful recruitment agency.
