Required Skills:Must be US Citizen - clearable to SecretBS Degree or equivalent experience6+ Years of Information Technology Experience / 2+ years Network Security Experience / 2+ years Team Leadership experienceExperience in an operations center, or in an operations and maintenance roleExperience in leading a highly technical teamExperience in two or more security areas, including: IDS/IPS, firewall, Web Content Filtering, orSecurity Event Correlation and Reporting.Strong understanding of networking is a plus.System administration of Windows or Red Hat Linux Server systems is a plus.Ability to manage/deliver enterprise wide integration of solutions into the operations centerMust work well with a group, be a team playerMentor junior staffProduce documentationRequired to be on-call and after hours work may be required.Ideal candidate will have a broad IT background, but with recent hands-on experience in IT Security.

Job Description:

 Our client has an immediate opening for a SOC Manager to manage a team of engineers responsible for the operations and maintenance activity surrounding the delivery of security device management. Services delivered include, but are not limited to IDS/IPS, Firewall, Web Content Filtering, and Security Event Correlation and Reporting.
