SCI Supply Chain Account Lead / Program Manager

Contribute to the financial goals of SCI. ·As part of the SCI supply chain organization coordinate with other SCI organizations, ISS Supply Chain, Regional supply chain organizations, HP Services, and HP suppliers to meet the tactical operational expectations of SCI customers and potential customers. ·Determine gaps in existing supply chain organizations, processes, and systems that hinder the accomplishment of SCI financial objectives and the necessary Total Customer Experience to win sustained, profitable business. Lead and contribute to projects necessary to close those gaps. ·Ensure SCI new products (and ISS new products necessary for SCI revenue growth) are prepared operationally to ship per target market opportunities/demand, with best possible cost, and via sustainable supply chains.   General Responsibilities:  Develops and leads the implementation of business and supply chain strategies and capabilities. Coordinate and integrate materials, information, and financial flows in a network consisting of suppliers, internal & external manufacturers, distributors, 3rd party logistics providers, channel partners & customers. Establishes and manages cross functional, cross regional & cross business unit teams to design and implement end-to-end business and supply chain capabilities and strategies based on new product introduction, new business opportunities or HP business plans and objectives. Leads cross business/function teams to develop and implement business and supply chain processes. Conducts and/or manages strategic supply chain analysis/models, identifies, recommends and implements opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Develops new intellectual property for the company in the area of supply chain business processes, analysis approaches and tools. General Job Requirements:   Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.  Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.  Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross functional initiatives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.Education & Experience Required   Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in an Engineering (any field), Operations (any field), Computer Science Master’s degree preferred 10+ years experience in supply chain roles and organizations.  Able to apply developed network to rapid and effective problem solving for SCI customers and SCI interests. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to represent HP effectively before customers, in facilitating meetings and conference calls, and before large audiences. 3-5+ years project management experience. Able to influence people in other supply chain organizations and other functional groups to complete tasks on time and at quality necessary to ensure SCI SC success.
