SAP Enterprise Business Solutions Architects
Macro Solutions is hiring a PeopleSoft HCM Upgrade 9.0 Analyst for a long-term Federal contract in the D.C. metro area. The successful candidate must be local to the Washington, DC area.
*Must be able to pass general Federal background check. Must be a U.S. citizen or have a Green Card.*
Role:Strong technical/functional resource to lead analysis activities for a PeopleSoft HCM 8.8 - 9.0 upgrade.
Responsibilities: Lead functional and technical analysis and fit/gap of PeopleSoft HCM 8.8 to 9.0 implementation Must understand “Person Model” and Federal transaction process Facilitate workshops with the client to determine modified functionality in the current environment and create alternatives for the To-Be environment Analyze modified objects to assess risk and process impacts for the future upgrade Analyze alternatives and deliver reports with cost and risk components
Required Skills: Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft Federal HCM processes and functionality Upgrade experience Familiarity with SDLC Excellent oral and written communication
