Research Analyst - Call 408-392-0506Description: Our client is seeking a savvy Statistical Research Analyst to join their team. The Research Analyst is responsible for delivering actionable data and analysis to key stakeholders within the Sales and Service Contact Center teams. Primary responsibilities will include data analytics and interpretation of performance. Main data sets will be customer survey data, order data and call center data. Deliverables will include weekly and monthly reporting on business performance as well as ad hoc analysis of key business issues.Responsibilities Include:Performing and developing thorough statistical analysis to help support Contact Center business goals.Producing data-driven analysis to solve business problems.Engage in business initiatives to ensure the impact of changes will be measurable. Requirements: Strong analytical skills and intuition.Working knowledge of advanced analytical techniques (eg.
