Quality Assurance

Location: 78731 Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Pay Rate: 31.00 - 36.00 USD /hour Description/Comment: Skills equivalent to 3-5 years in comparable position  The Participant Experience Software QA Engineer will:  Produce test specifications, test cases, test scripts and test data based on business requirements Execute and communicate test results; participate in release decisions Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams or alone Implement continuous improvement principles in test standards and processes  Requirements: BA/BS degree in Information Science (or equivalent) preferred. (5+ years of software quality assurance experience, with an emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign may be substituted) Front and back end test experience, particularly in web-based and back office applications that impact field and customer service needs Experience designing and developing automated tests and test frameworks a plus Experience testing financial service and/or retirement plan applications a plus SQL Query Capability a plus    Critical Success Factors:v Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skillsv Excellent written/verbal communication skillsv Excellent organizational skills Contact: PLEASE E-MAIL RESUMES TO: Apply by Email
