QA Tester

Location: Jacksonville, FL 32256 Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Reference Code: 1001124235 QA TesterObjective: Provide Quality Assurance for all NewInvoice Applications assuring that a quality product is available to our clients and employees. RESPONSIBILITIES: Overview: The ideal candidate for the Quality Assurance Analyst position is an individual that has the intellect, leadership, drive, and experience with quality assurance practices, test design, planning and documentation. This person will be involved in all phases of strategic projects identifying, documenting, preparing, executing and implementing testing strategies for medium and large-scale applications.Primary Responsibilities: -Creative and documenting test scenarios that emulate real-world business environments and operations in a controlled test environment -Writing manual system and certification test cases using documented functional and  non-functional requirements. -Conducting manual system testing, defect reporting, replication, and retesting -Review and provide feedback on new/enhanced Software Business Requirements and High Level Designs. -Ability to work some weekends without conflicts. -Ability to work independently, with the Project Managers, Developers, Business Analysts and Customer support, in a fast paced environment. -Strong team player. -Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.QUALIFICATIONS: -2-3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance -Experience in testing of web based applications and software debugging -Knowledge of software development life cycle working with Software Developers and Product Analysts -Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint). -Excellent problem solving skills -Must possess a proven ability to complete detailed assignments accurately in a timely fashion. -Experience working with structured software development lifecycles -General understanding of and experience with Information Technology Concepts -Analytical skills to evaluate information gathered - Mortgage Default industry experience is a plus.Required Experience: Quality Assurance Analyst/ QA tester/Test Analyst.Years of Experience Required: 2-3 Years Contact: PLEASE E-MAIL RESUMES TO: Apply by Email
