The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following:  Responsible for systems analysts and application development activities through direct and indirect staff Directs development teams in the areas of scheduling, technical direction, future planning, and standard development practices Meets scheduled milestones to ensure project objectives are met in a timely manner Possesses in-depth knowledge of principals, theories, practices, and techniques for managing activities related to planning, managing and implementing systems analysis and applications development projects May develop and implement new proposals on cutting-edge process improvements and technology initiatives Other tasks/responsibilities assigned by Supervisor Required education/experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field Project Management Certification preferred 8 + years of IT work experience and project management Viewed as thought leader regarding project management methodology and tools, as well as resource management practices and change management techniques Excellent understanding of IT and its alignment with business processes Excellent understanding of SDLC Manages multiple projects or workstreams of the highest complexity Excellent human resource management skills  Pay Rate: DOE (Competitive pay) All applicants must meet job qualifications for full consideration for this position.
