CDW is proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.Purpose of the Position: The Project Analyst supports the Sales and Finance organizations by overseeing all data integrity responsibilities relating to commission earnings. Essential Functions: Research and verify sales reporting hierarchy for alignment with PeopleSoft departmental hierarchy. Research and verify customer and AM goals from EDW sourcing to TruComp departmental aggregation. Research and verify total targeted incentive amounts for applicable Sales positions within TruComp. Research and verify Payee data for all plans. Works closely with Sales, Finance, Co-Workers Services, IT, Logistics and other areas to ensure accuracy in data Generates analysis and reporting as necessary to illuminate and inform Sales and Financial Management.Additional Responsibilities: Year end reporting and reconciling Special projects and research. Identifies and tests further automation. Some analytics and testing of current systems Minimum Basic Qualifications – College degree in Accounting or other Finance area 3+ yrs experience Excel 1+ yrs experience with Access or some other database programOther Required Qualifications – Excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability to multitask Preferred Qualifications – Experience in the auditing of large automated systems Experience working with large Sales force
