We are looking for someone that is able to work effectively with minimal supervision, The candidate must be able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast changing environment; will take strong ownership and responsibility for writing high quality code that follows best practices, performing ongoing troubleshooting, and implementing enhancements for both our internal and external sites; and will develop within the context of a pre-existing technical infrastructure.  You will also contribute to developing internal tools and collaborating on process enhancements to increase the effectiveness of our Web Development team.

Programs applications by requirements using ASP/ASP.net Technology Confirms applications by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or debugging codes; resolving problems. Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers; preparing reusable component design. Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; developing common site infrastructure; maintaining dynamic data for site. Supports users by developing assistance tools; responding to support and maintenance requests. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
