Carriesout managerial tasks such as resource management, development, talentmanagement,performance management, compensation, retention, replacement andterminationPlanning + Controlling: Oversees the planning and controlling of asingle task / projecton a day-to-day basis including project budgetBusiness Results: Develops project concepts, creates plans and overseesimplementation of business solutions of simple to moderate complexityGovernance: Adheres to organizational governanceRelationship Management: Interacts with business and IT partners withinthe immediate environment to foster commitment and teamworkKey Tasks for M2, in addition to the above:People Focus: Leads a group of specialists who perform complex tasksPlanning + Controlling: Oversees the planning and controlling ofmultiple tasks /multiple projects on a short term basis (1 year) and owns cost centerbudgetBusiness Results: Develops project concepts, creates plans and overseesimplementationof business solutions of moderate to high complexityGovernance: Implements organizational governanceRelationship Management: Handles specific customer challenges(escalation)Key Tasks for Position Level I:Coordinates delivery of work from all suppliers involved in a smallscale / sub-project;Facilitates issue resolution; Reviews and approves vendorinvoices/expendituresWorks with business unit to define critical business needs and arrangesappropriateresourcesIs accountable for work request evaluation and authorization,development andsubmission of work orders, as well as review of cost estimates from thesuppliersIs accountable for Acceptance Criteria and execution of AcceptanceTesting at programlevelIs responsible for project level planning, monitoring and reporting onproject performanceSigns off on project deliverables; Performs internal project close down;Conducts Post-Implementation ReviewsLiaisons with the Application Architecture team, ISP, third parties, asnecessaryPerforms as the team lead / supervisor, where assignedPosition specific Key Tasks for Position Level II, in addition to theabove:Is responsible for the delivery of large scale projects to the businessincluding risk, quality, and change management, system dependency touchpoints, schedule and financial managementPerforms as the administrative manager of retained staff includingbusiness analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and Support Services staffPosition Attributes:May require occasional traveling regionally or globallyExcellent written and oral communication skills in local languageLevel-2: Able to take part in meetings and discussions and giveinformation about own area ofexpertise, able to compose memos, simple letters and short texts..Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 1%
