Service Business Consultant - Professional Services Sales

Service Provider West

Location: Denver or Sunnyvale

 

Responsibilities:

-  Develop Service Provider Sales opportunities by working directly with customers and supporting the SP West sales organization.

-  Qualify and develop new service business opportunities for full consultative sales of Support Services, Advanced Services, Consulting and Education Services.

-  Manage the service sales process flow for both strategic new and renewal business.

-  Promote service product sales with the product sales teams.

-  Make presentations to customers.

-  Prepare financial analyses and proposals.

-  Ensure that service booking and revenue targets are achieved.

 

Requirements:

-  5 to 7 years of service sales experience.

-  Significant experience in managing high-level service-business relationships in a networking or high-technology company required, including extensive interaction with sales teams, customers, service operations, order administration, and technical support.

-  Specific experience in understanding selling points and the customer value proposition for technical support services, professional services, and educational services required.

-  Requires B.A. or B.S. in business or a related field
