Responsibilities: Mercury Computer Systems supports its world wide sales operations with SalesForce.com, BigMachines as well as the Oracle eBusiness Suite. Principal business system analysts play key roles in supporting Mercury’s global operations by applying their subject matter expertise meet business objectives. Currently Mercury is looking for a key individual to join the small but versatile team. The team supports all enterprise software including the Oracle eBusiness Suite, SharePoint as well as SalesForce.com. The position’s responsibilities will focus on SalesForce.com, BigMachines and interfaces to and from the Oracle eBusiness Suite. This will include (but are limited to) technical project management and consulting services to internal customers, implementing new modules, operational support, administration and regression testing. Specific duties will be dependent on skills and experience as well as interests. Those not looking to grow skills and hoping to learn something new every day should not apply.
Qualifications: 7+ years progressive experience supporting CRM software and significant SalesForce.com experience.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, significant experience with SalesForce.com administration and support as well as a working knowledge of BigMachines, Oracle CRM and the Oracle eBusiness Suite. This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of US regulations. The ITAR and EAR define a U.S. Person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
