Job Description:

Our client is actively seeking to hire a Post Sales Analyst to join our growing sales operations team. Reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations, the Field Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in coordinating, securing and delivering information to Corporate, as it relates to all sales deals for a specific sales territory. This individual will drive customer satisfaction and work very closely with Sales Operations to ensure that  they meet the commitments made to the customer. Core responsibilities and duties will include the following:The Post Sales Analyst acts as a liaison between Field Sales and Sales Operations.Assist Field Sales in packaging final deals for approval and submission to Sales Ops. That may include the review of quotes, PVR’s and other documents to ensure accuracy and smooth processing by Sales Ops.The FSC will work closely with Sales Operations to review quotes and orders for completeness and clarity and, upon Sales Ops request, will fill in missing information or contact the customer for the information, assisting Sales Reps and Sales Ops in resolving incomplete and inaccurate orders.Provides support to sales in gathering order documentation (PO’s, MPLA’s, Reseller Agreements, Support Agreements), as well as the approval cycles.Drives demand forecast and pipeline data accuracy with the Sales team by monitoring opportunity records in SFDC and working with the Field to ensure that data is captured correctly and timely.Demonstrate understanding and ability to communicate department processes and procedures and assist Field Sales with bringing new hires up to speed.Assist the Field with RFQ’s and RFP’s, identifying ownership and resources within the different organizations, managing timetables and helping with the completion of necessary documentation.Become an expert on salesforce.com, assisting Field Sales with training and reporting as needed.Become an expert on iSMOG, assisting Field Sales with config changes and adjustments as needed.Provides support and assistance to fellow FSC when needed and time is available.Performs other duties as assigned.


Required Experience: BS/BA in Business or equivalent and 5+ year’s relevant experience in high tech sales operations.Background in Sales and dealing with a professional sales force, as well as an understanding of pricing models.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with SalesForce.com CRM and Oracle are required. Ability to interact with a wide range of teams and levels, the ability to manage and work with cross-functional teams, and the ability to understand business objectives and consistently manage details of execution.The individual needs to have high-energy levels and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment with minimum supervision.Knowledge of Sales and demonstrated experience in managing projects are all significant success factors.
