PC Technician
IT Company is actively seeking a PC Technician to work in Montvale NJ. Ideal candidate must have experience enabling the proper operation and/or repair of failed or damaged equipment, tracking assets internally, tracking assets out for repair, enabling adequate and available spare parts, and ensuring application of appropriate warranties. Extensive knowledge troubleshooting Windows XP and blackberries devices. And excellent customer service.
This is a full time position with an annual rate of up to 40K depending on experience. Additionally we offer you comprehensive benefits such as: Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, Flex-Spending Accounts, and a 401(k) plan 16 paid days off per year and 10 paid holidays per year.
Requirements
Ø A+ Certification required
Ø Network+ Certification Preferred
Ø Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, will be also working providing phone support.
Ø Experience troubleshooting blackberries.
Ø Able to install applications.
Ø Previous experience configurating with Lotus Notes a must.
A minimum of 2 Experience with:
Printer Repairs Including:
· Preventative maintenance, Spare-parts replacements.
· Service tracking.
· Warranty management.
Repairing Desktops and Laptops
· (HP Workstation, Dell Workstation), (Lenova /IBM and Dell).
· Set-up and troubleshooting XP, Windows. Office 2003, a Must.
