PC LAN Support Analyst
Our client, a major manufacturer in East Chicago, IN is seeking a PC LAN Support Analyst. You will analyze and troubleshoot desktop problems. You will be responsible for desktop hardware, software and peripheral devices. You will work closely with co-workers and clients, IT personnel and management. Install/configure/troubleshoot and fix PCs, Laptops, Blackberrys, and network printing devices. Ensure system security is in compliance with customer policy.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. One to five years of experience with MS technologies: Windows XP, Outlook Exchange, SCCM, Active Directory and MS Office Suite. Customer service experience is necessary.
