Daily responsibilities that must be attended to on a regular basis include but are not limited to technical support and maintenance of all office computer systems, fax machines, printers, software and other related items. TOP 3 Desired Skills: 1.Eagerness to learn new technologies 2.Good Knowledge of OS/MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access) 3. Good personal skills MAIN TASKS 1. Provide technical support 2. Responsible for troubleshooting workstations, faxes, copy machines, scanners, etc 3. Communicate technical information with end users effectively both oral and written form 4. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with end users and managers 5. Identify and resolve hardware and software problems 6. Assist satellite locations with IT problems remotely 7. Disk image creation and deployment, PC rollout, etc. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 1. High school diploma along with 3-5 years experience in computer related field including computer  support experience 2. Must have advanced personal computer, Microsoft Office, and Windows skills 3. Knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and operation 4. Knowledge of how to assemble and disassemble personal computer components, including internal components and cablilng 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills 6. Expert knowledge of Outlook 7. Ability to quickly find solutions to technical problems 8. Prefer A+ or Microsoft certification 9. Meet expectations for attendance and punctuality 10. Ability to work without constant direct supervision PHYSICAL DEMANDS 1. May require visits to other locations (driving or flying) 2. Ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds 3. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read technical information 4. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus 5. Work is generally performed indoors.
