Overnight Help Desk

Richard Fleischman & Associates, a growing IT consulting firm located in Manhattan, NY with large Hedge Fund client base is currently seeking an Overnight Data Center/NOC Technician to join their Team. Ideal candidate must have experience with hands-on experience with Servers, Networks and NOC.

The shift is:

Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm to 7:00am. This is an OVERNIGHT position.


Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Disaster recovery applications
2. Network hardware and VPN troubleshooting ability
3. All windows server operating systemts-NT/2000/2003, Active Directory deployment
4. Exchange Server Deployment and Administration
5. Antivirus, active directory, backup software

Requirement Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

1. Prior experience working at a Data Center and network operations center/call center
2. Typically requires 3+ years of experience with hands-on at a Data Center
3. Ability to work independently
4. Support experience minimum level three
5. Strong communication skills

Citrix, Market data: Bloomberg, Reuters, & Advent, Exchange 2000 or 2003, MS SQL, or video conferencing experience a plus!
