The Opportunity

As an Outbound Lead Generator you will have the chance to work with the sales team that has driven Arbitech’s success over the years. This is a great opportunity for sales minded individual to learn and associate with the best

 

            So let's talk specifics.  The purpose of this position is to assist Arbitech’s sales team in qualifying and producing leads through online and telephone outreach programs and turn the leads into new accounts. Probably 80% to 90% of your time will be spent on the phone – this is a people driven and relationship driven position.

Although not all inclusive the following provides a list of duties and responsibilities:

·         Review and analyze “prospect list� and assess viability of targeted account by researching the account online. 

·         Facilitate further research through outbound “cold call� campaign to obtain additional information about the account

·         Interface with Arbitech sales representatives and support their prospecting efforts with pre-qualified accounts 

·         Update notes and maintain account related information in CRM tool (SLX)

·         Develop and maintain reports for various telemarketing projects; Daily TM Report, Executive TM Report, and provide data to Executive team and Corporate Marketing.  

The Background We’ll be Looking For

 

Our top candidates will be aggressive yet polished at the same time – this is not a job for the faint of heart.  But you will hone your skills and ability to cultivate sales leads – the foundation for any successful sales person that has made lots of money. 

 

Clearly, strong communication skills are important as well as wanting to be part o team that plays as hard as it works! Of course, it’ll be expected that you come to the table knowing Excel, Word, Outlook and similar computers aps and are well organized.

 

We also expect that the ideal candidate will possess a college diploma or equivalent work related experience.  The starting salary for this position is $30k+/year, DOE.
