Order Fulfillment Specialist

1. Order Entry-

Process sales orders into Integrian’s order fulfillment system (Syspro) from outside Sales order forms and internal requests.  Provide order acknowledgement.  Ensure order accuracy from both a customer and internal perspective





2. Order Logistics and flow-

Work closely with Contract Manufacturers and Integrian functional areas including Production, Sales, Product Management, Systems Engineering, Development and Customer Care

Ensure proper delivery of orders to internal materials order fulfillment personnel or Integrian’s external contract manufacturers

Confirm shipment of orders and ensure closure of ‘last minute’ or ‘high priority‘ orders  

Communicate order shipments

Track order shipments





3. RMA Coordination-

Receive returned product into Syspro according to RMA # .

Process repaired RMAs and prepare for shipment by Materials Fulfillment
